Manchester is New Hampshire’s largest city based on number of manufacturing jobs, with 7,098 workers.

Other top cities in New Hampshire include

Hillsborough County is New Hampshire’s largest in terms of industrial jobs, home to 29,531 workers. This is followed by Rockingham County with 22,887 workers, Merrimack County (9,259 jobs), Cheshire County (7,848 jobs) and Grafton County (6,140 jobs).
The industrial machinery and equipment industry is New Hampshire’s largest in terms of employment, accounting for 17% of the state’s industrial workforce. This is followed by electronics with 14% and instruments and related products with 11%. The fabricated metal products industry account for 10% of New Hampshire industrial workers, while the primary metal industry accounts for 7%.
