Westrock Coffee Opens State Of The Art Manufacturing Facility In Arkansas

Westrock Coffee Company has expanded its U.S. operations with a new 525,000 square foot state of the art manufacturing facility in Conway, Arkansas, located on William J. Clark Drive. Of that total, approximately 130,000 square feet is dedicated to manufacturing single serve coffee products, while the remainder supports fulfillment and distribution. The facility is equipped with advanced production technology capable of producing millions of single serve coffee cups daily to meet fast growing global customer demand.

This facility is part of a broader investment plan that includes earlier expansions in 2024 and contributes to Westrock’s expected growth to 900 jobs across its Conway operations, including manufacturing, quality assurance and logistics roles. “The single serve category is evolving rapidly, and we are scaling our operations to meet our customers’ needs,” said Will Ford, Chief Operating Officer at Westrock Coffee. “This expansive new facility significantly enhances our capabilities in the U.S. market, and we are excited about the opportunities it will create for our existing and potential customers, employees, and the local community here in central Arkansas.”

Mars Opens New $240 Million Nature’s Bakery Facility In Salt Lake City

Mars, Incorporated has unveiled a brand new LEED Silver certified bakery facility for its Nature’s Bakery brand in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 339,000 square foot plant is capable of producing more than 1 billion snack bars annually and is expected to bring over 230 new jobs to the region. Located in the Mountain West neighborhood, the facility is designed to enhance national distribution efficiency and cut trucking related CO₂ emissions by an estimated 5,700 metric tons per year, while its advanced automation—including ingredient delivery, mixing, and cooling systems—improves food safety, consistency, and enables many roles to evolve into higher skilled positions.

Steve Gardiner, CEO of Nature’s Bakery, noted: “The biggest step we can take to meet our growth goals is making more of the snacks people love, and this new baking facility helps us do exactly that. It gives us the space to grow today and tomorrow, while letting us bake even more efficiently and with even higher quality. Chomps Celebrates Opening Of State Of The Art Manufacturing Facility In Mexico, Missouri

Chomps officially unveiled its new 300,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Mexico, Missouri, on July 23, 2025, developed in collaboration with long time partner Western Smokehouse Partners. The plant is expected to create approximately 250 full time jobs and is solely dedicated to the production of Chomps meat stick product. As demand accelerates, the facility will support the company’s goal of doubling its manufacturing capacity by 2026.

“This new facility is a testament to our rapid growth and unwavering commitment to providing consumers with high quality meat snacks,” said Elizabeth Carter, President and COO of Chomps. The expansion reflects Chomps’ strategic push to innovate and meet nationwide demand with greater efficiency.

Pilgrim’s Builds $400 Million Prepared Foods Facility in Georgia

Pilgrim’s, a major food manufacturer, is investing $400 million to build a new multi phase prepared foods facility in LaFayette, Walker County, Georgia. Once completed, the plant is expected to create over 630 new jobs at full capacity and will produce a variety of fully cooked chicken products under brands such as Just Bare, Pilgrim’s, and Gold Kist for both retail and foodservice markets. The project is designed to support the company’s growth strategy by expanding its prepared foods business and responding to increased consumer demand.

Bison Expands Sports Equipment Production Hub in Nebraska

Bison, Inc. has expanded its manufacturing operations in Lincoln, Nebraska, consolidating all storage, design, fabrication, coating, and packaging into one integrated 140,000-square-foot facility. The expansion streamlines production of the company’s full lineup of sports equipment—including basketball systems, volleyball nets, and newly added baseball and softball product lines—allowing for greater efficiency, improved lead times, and consideration of future contract manufacturing opportunities.

Great Day Improvements Expanding in Ohio, Creating Nearly 1,000 New Jobs

Great Day Improvements is expanding its operations across both northeastern and southwestern Ohio, with plans to create 995 new full-time jobs over the next five years. The company will add 583 positions in Sharonville near Cincinnati and 412 jobs across its facilities in Walton Hills, Twinsburg, and Bedford Heights in the Cleveland area. As part of the expansion, a new 247,000-square-foot building materials manufacturing facility will be constructed in Walton Hills to increase production capacity and streamline operations.

WinChoice Celebrates $3 Million Expansion and New Brand Identity in Arkansas

WinChoice has announced a $3 million expansion of its manufacturing facility in Mountain Pine, Arkansas, which will create more than 50 full-time jobs in the local community. The investment builds on the company’s original 2019 facility and is designed to substantially increase production capacity to meet rising demand for its high-quality window products. In conjunction with the expansion, WinChoice unveiled a unified brand identity—consolidating the former WinChoice USA and Morfe Windows brands under a single name—reflecting a modernization of its market presence and strategic direction.

MetroWall Breaks Ground On New Headquarters In New York

Picanova Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Germany’s The Customization Group and decorative accessories manufacturer, is launching a new production and fulfillment facility in Obetz, Ohio, representing a multimillion dollar relocation from Arizona. The Obetz hub will support the company’s North American operations, create 246 full time jobs, and generate over $13 million in new annual payroll. The facility is designed to streamline delivery, improve service for U.S. customers, and anchor the company’s long term growth in the region.

Generac Opens Flagship Manufacturing Facility in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

Generac Power Systems has launched a proposed U.S. manufacturing and assembly facility, which would be its largest to date, in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The 345,000 square foot plant, which began production in March 2025, is dedicated to producing generator units ranging from 48 kW to 1 MW—work previously done in Mexico—and currently employs over 100 team members, with plans to scale up to approximately 320 employees by year-end. The facility features four full assembly lines (with room for a fifth) and is pivotal to Generac’s strategy of vertical integration and reshoring essential industrial power production.

Simtra BioPharma Expands Indiana Footprint with New Injectable Manufacturing Capability

Simtra BioPharma Solutions has purchased a 65 acre parcel in Bloomington, Indiana, featuring over 300,000 square feet of space for expansion under-roof adjacent to its existing facility. This strategic acquisition paves the way to design and install the company’s first U.S.-based commercial-scale manufacturing lines for oncology-focused injectable drug products, including isolator-based vial and prefilled syringe filling systems. The move significantly enhances Simtra’s ability to meet growing customer demand for advanced injectable therapies across North America.

Tevogen Secures 17,428 Square Foot GMP Cell Therapy Facility in New Jersey

Tevogen Bio has signed a letter of intent to lease a 17,428 square foot facility in Warren, New Jersey, formerly used by Pfizer and Cordis. The site is intended to support the company’s commercial scale good manufacturing practice (GMP) production of cell therapy products, complementing its PredicTcell™ AI driven target discovery platform and accelerating its advanced therapeutic pipeline. This new space is positioned as a bridge solution while Tevogen plans development of a custom-built manufacturing facility.

Meridian Biotech Launches $40 Million Protein Repurposing Facility in Frankfort, Kentucky

Meridian Biotech is investing $40 million to establish a state-of-the-art facility in Franklin County that transforms distillery byproducts from Buffalo Trace into multifunctional alternative proteins. The plant is set to create up to 35 high-wage jobs and will be the first biotech company in the county to operate at this scale. The facility is expected to convert stillage into proteins suitable for aquaculture feeds, pet foods, and organic fertilizers, positioning the company at the intersection of biotechnology and sustainable resource innovation.

E. Hofmann Packaging Breaks Ground on Its First U.S. Facility in Madisonville, Kentucky

E. Hofmann Packaging, a Canadian-based rigid plastic packaging producer, has embarked on a major expansion with a new $43 million production facility in Madisonville, Kentucky—its first operation in the United States and second overall. The 100,000 square foot plant will feature updated equipment, automation, molds, and machinery, and is projected to generate 164 new full time jobs by the time construction concludes in 2026.

Nitto Opens Advanced Materials Facility in Frankfort, Kentucky

Nitto has officially opened a new production facility at 120 Fortune Drive in Franklin County’s Industrial Park 3 in Frankfort, Kentucky. The project is expected to create 220 full time jobs, marking the largest number of new positions committed in the county in roughly 15 years. The facility expands the company’s manufacturing footprint, providing additional production space to support its delivery of high-performance materials across automotive, aerospace, electronics, and other high-tech sectors.

Alta Alloys Invests $20 Million to Establish U.S. Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility in Kentucky

Alta Alloys LLC, a specialty metals processor, is relocating its corporate headquarters and expanding its manufacturing operations in Simpson County, Kentucky, with a $20 million investment that will create 45 new skilled manufacturing jobs. The project includes the acquisition of a 105,000-square-foot building, construction of an additional facility on the site, and installation of large-scale processing equipment. Operations are expected to begin by the first half of 2026. (

Adient Opens $8 Million Seating Assembly Plant in Normal, Illinois

Adient, a global automotive seating supplier, is investing over $8 million to establish a production facility in Normal, Illinois, adjacent to Rivian’s electric vehicle plant. This strategic move repurposes an existing 85,000-square-foot warehouse to manufacture front and rear seat assemblies for Rivian’s upcoming R2 SUV model. The project is set to create at least 75 full-time jobs, bolstering the state’s growing EV manufacturing ecosystem.

Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems Expands In Kentucky

Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems is investing $17 million to expand its Simpson County plant in Franklin Simpson County, Kentucky, enabling production of additional electric wiring harness components for the automotive industry. The expansion will add injection molding machines, automated assembly equipment, and increased warehousing for raw materials and finished goods, while maintaining a clean, climate controlled environment. As part of the project, the company will create 76 new full time jobs in manufacturing, warehousing, maintenance, and engineering roles.

“We have been producing connectors and terminals in Kentucky since 1988; it’s very exciting to be able to continue to grow and expand in South Central Kentucky,” said John Saylors, division manager of Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems.

FabLogix Expands Spartanburg County Operations With New $9.8 Million Facility

FabLogix, a pipe fabrication subsidiary of Kelso Industries, has announced a $9.8 million expansion in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. The investment funds a brand-new 150,000 square foot facility in Duncan offering process pipe, modular, and vessel fabrication services. The project is expected to create 150 full time jobs, directly supporting FabLogix’s growing national business, which serves the life sciences, chemical, power, and industrial manufacturing sectors. “We are proud to invest in Spartanburg County and be part of a community that shares our values of hard work, integrity and follow through,” said FabLogix President Jason Jones.
