Read on to discover how these new capabilities can optimize your approach to sales and lead generation.
The Opportunity Score feature is designed to help you identify potential leads with precision. By setting up a detailed AI profile, you can receive scores for companies in your search results based on how closely they match your ideal customer profile. This dynamic scoring system evolves with your inputs and database updates, providing a reliable starting point for identifying high-potential opportunities.
To get started, access the AI Assistant from the left menu in IndustrySelect and establish your AI profile. Input detailed data about your company, products/services, and ideal customers. This includes describing your company's unique qualities, years in business, key insights, and detailed descriptions of your products/services and competitive advantages. Ensure your AI profile data is comprehensive and regularly updated, as inaccurate or incomplete data can affect AI-generated features, including Opportunity Scores.
Once your profile is set up, navigate to the Account tab in settings, enable the Opportunity Score feature, and update your account. Scores are then assigned based on the match between company data and your AI profile inputs, helping you identify potential buyers more effectively. While scores provide a useful guide, remember that they are a starting point and not definitive. High scores don't guarantee buyer interest, and low scores don't eliminate potential opportunities. Regularly refining your AI profile improves score accuracy and maximizes the feature’s potential.
Imagine being able to replicate your ideal prospect profile effortlessly. With our new Lead Cloning feature, powered by IndustrySelect AI Sales Assistant, this is now a reality. This innovative tool allows you to find more prospects that closely resemble your ideal customer profile within your subscription database, significantly streamlining your lead-generation process.
To use Lead Cloning, start by performing a search or building a list to locate an ideal profile. Once you’ve identified the profile you want to replicate, simply select it and click the lead clone icon in the upper-right corner. The system will then generate a new list of companies similar to the chosen profile, updating your search results. For instance, in one example, the system identified 110 similar companies within the user's subscription. This feature ensures you never miss out on potential leads that match your ideal customer profile, making your prospecting efforts more efficient and effective.
Have you ever landed on a company profile in IndustrySelect and wish there was just a little more information? Or maybe you want a quick, at-a-glance at what a company does. The new Supplemental Data feature, powered by IndustrySelect AI Sales Assistant, provides enriched company profiles with AI-generated fields. This feature offers additional data within company profiles, including detailed company overviews, total addressable market (TAM), and service addressable market (SAM). This does not serve to replace the company profile information gathered firsthand by MNI’s research team, but is simply intended to provide additional information on companies in the database. All other aspects of the company profiles remain the same.
To access this data, log into your IndustrySelect account, open a company profile, and scroll to the "Supplemental Data AI Sales Assistant" section. The data includes a detailed company overview based on information from the company's homepage, as well as TAM and SAM estimates. While the AI-generated data provides valuable insights, it hasn't been verified by human researchers, so use this data cautiously to enhance your understanding of prospects and make more informed decisions.
The SIC/NAICS Finder is an important feature for helping you better search for industry codes. This feature helps you find the most relevant SIC or NAICS codes for your products or services in a more intuitive way, moving beyond simple keyword matching.
For example, you can search for companies that provide medical supplies, devices, or equipment, and the system will generate a list of matching SIC codes. Select relevant SIC codes from the AI-generated suggestions and instantly add them to your search criteria. The company count in your list updates automatically, ensuring you target the right industries and companies efficiently. The process for finding and adding NAICS codes is similar, with the system generating relevant suggestions and updating the company count upon selection. This AI-powered system simplifies the process of finding accurate SIC/NAICS codes, saving time and improving the relevance of your search results.
To get started, log into your IndustrySelect account, navigate to the "Build a List" section, and select the "Industry" subtab to access the SIC/NAICS Finder. Previously, users could only enter specific SIC or NAICS codes or perform a keyword search to find matching codes in descriptions. Now, with our AI-powered intelligent search, you can perform searches across the entire database, improving the relevance of search results.
You've got your list of contacts and now it's time to write an email and you're staring at a blank screen, wondering where to start. With its breadth of industry knowledge and understanding of what your company does, the AI Sales Assistant can help you break through that "white page syndrome,” composing personalized sales emails to your ideal prospects throughout the IndustrySelect database.
Here’s how it works: you will log in, select the AI Assistant from the main menu, and establish a detailed AI profile, including company details, products, services, and ideal customers. You can then personalize emails by selecting recipient details, tone/style (e.g., friendly or formal), goals (e.g., reply for more info), length (brief or detailed), and email type (e.g., introduction, follow-up).
Additional features include adding urgency, selecting salutation and signature style, customizing subject lines, and noting email activity as private or public. After setting parameters, the system generates an email body and subject line. You can copy and paste the content into your email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail). If unsatisfied, tweak settings (e.g., tone or length) and regenerate the email. Special instructions like adding a PDF link or creative elements (e.g., a riddle) can be included.
Once settings are finalized, they are retained for subsequent emails, streamlining the process for additional contacts. Direct email addresses are accessible for recipients, enabling seamless transitions to email clients for sending. The composer serves as a starting point for generating email ideas and crafting messages tailored to specific business needs. Make further changes to the generated email within your email app before sending, ensuring it meets your exact requirements.
